Winter Driving Conditions Just a Tweet Away
ODOT will begin posting Twitter updates whenever highways are affected by ice and snow in six major Ohio cities, including Akron and Cleveland. "The concept is to provide information on a network that younger people use," said ODOT regional spokesman Mark Ziaja. Although anyone can sign up to receive the "tweets", ODOT officials say their target is younger drivers.
