'Mindfulness' meditation workshop could help improve your life

"Mindfulness meditation teaches us to savor the present now," said Ronald D. Siegel, assistant clinical professor of psychology at Harvard Medical School, who has been its proponent for many years. Siegel will be in the Valley for a workshop on the topic.
