HANFORD - The Taoist Temple Preservation Society will host a Chinese New Year celebration in China Alley today. The Taoist Temple Museum and Gift Shop will be open from noon until 6 p.m. Tours of the temple and museum will be available. In honor of the New Year, there will be origami and dragon-making demonstrations and artist displays. The Kings Art Center will have an interactive booth and the Kings Players will be on hand to offer tours of the Temple Theater. Guests can learn what the Year of the Dragon holds for them by visiting the tea leaf reading booth.
