Art festival set for CityPlace The organizers of the Las Olas Art Fair, Downtown Aspen Art Festival and Chicago Tribune Magnificent Mile Art Festival are starting an art festival in CityPlace in West Palm Beach. About 200 artists from around the country will exhibit their work from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Jan. 23 and Jan. 24 along Rosemary Avenue and Hibiscus Street. According to the promoter, Howard Alan Events, artists are screened by an independent jury, and all art is original and hand-made in the United States.
