New laws 2010, the Ohio edition
Ohioans should take note of a few changes to state laws that became active once 2009 became 2010, some may hit the wallet a bit harder this year while others may actually be beneficial. If you are driving through the Buckeye state you might consider turning on your lights when your windshield wipers are engaged. Law enforcement can now issue a fine of $100 if drivers fail to follow this new law. Motorists cannot be pulled over for this infraction alone since the new law is considered a secondary offense.
