The Philadelphia Union, a new Major League Soccer expansion franchise, selected Sacramento's Amobi Okugo with the sixth pick in the first round of Thursday's MLS SuperDraft.Okugo, 18, was the Pac-10 Freshman of the Year last fall for UCLA and played for both the U.S. Men's National Under-20 and Under-18 teams in 2009.Okugo attended Jesuit and Rio Americano between a year-long stint with the U.S. Soccer Residency Camp in Bradenton, Fla.
