Dolley adds Hinshaw to staff Tennessee head coach Derek Dooley announced the hiring of assistant coach Darin Hinshaw on Friday. Hinshaw coached wide receivers at Memphis for three years prior to joining Dooley and the Vols. While a member of former Memphis coach Tommy West's staff, Hinshaw coached Duke Calhoun and Carlos Singleton, both of whom who finished as the top two receivers in school history. Before arriving at Memphis, Hinshaw had coaching stops at Georgia Southern and Middle Tennessee State. Hinshaw got his coaching start at Central Florida, his alma mater, in 1999 as a graduate assistant. In 2000 he was promoted to quarterbacks coach for the Knights. Notes -...
