Meteorologist gives his prediction before 'Phil'
Many rely on Punxsutawney Phil, the infamous groundhog, who, if he sees his shadow on Tuesday, promises another six weeks of winter. "There will be a mixture of clouds and sun on Tuesday, so we'll see," said Justin Povick, a meteorologist with AccuWeather.
