I noticed Rupert did not mention at all the most important part in this case, that the solicitors for this mother (and mother) withheld a letter and did not disclose this letter from the daughter to the chef. Knowing solicitors and some partners this was done out of spite and to undermine the relationship between father and daughter more than likely.
